1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or submitting consultation requests through BaanCode’s website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of this site.
2. Web Development Services & Proposals
BaanCode provides bespoke web development, custom software engineering, and digital design consultations. All client project deliverables, timelines, scoping agreements, and pricing structures are governed by specific individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed separately between BaanCode and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website design elements, source code, logos, visual graphics, interactive UI components, and original content on this site are the exclusive property of BaanCode. Client code ownership and software licensing rights for custom projects are granted in accordance with individual project contracts upon full payment.
4. Acceptable Use & Security
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or compromises the security of BaanCode’s infrastructure. Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, spam submission, reverse-engineering of edge proxy filters, or automated bot scraping is strictly prohibited and subject to IP filtering and legal action.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure & Links
Our website utilizes third-party infrastructure providers including Cloudflare for edge routing and bot protection. BaanCode is not responsible for external websites, APIs, or third-party service outages beyond our direct control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaanCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site unavailability, transmission delays, or reliance on information presented on this website.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (including the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 and Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550). Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
